The RedFoxBaggers mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by RedFoxBaggers ("RedFoxBaggers", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or its features without notice. In accordance with applicable law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms at any time, and your ongoing use of the Service after the date of such changes indicates your acceptance of the modifications.

By opting into RedFoxBaggers’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of RedFoxBaggers via your mobile service provider to the phone number you provided, regardless of your number's enrollment in any state or federal Do Not Call lists. Text messages may be dispatched using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Messages related to the Service may include updates, alerts, and information (for instance, order status, account notifications, etc.), while promotional messages may contain offers, specials, and other marketing content (like cart reminders).

You acknowledge that subscription to this program is not mandatory for making purchases, and your consent is not a prerequisite for buying from RedFoxBaggers. Your participation in this program is entirely optional.

There is no charge for the Service, but you are liable for any text messaging fees and charges imposed by your mobile service provider. The frequency of messages varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile agreement and reach out to your mobile service provider for details. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with SMS/text messages, including those from your mobile service provider.

You can opt out of the Service at any time. To unsubscribe, text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (844) 517-0061or use the unsubscribe link in any text message, if available. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message. No more messages will be sent to your device, unless you opt back in. Should you be subscribed to other RedFoxBaggers mobile messaging programs and decide to cancel, you must opt out of those programs separately by following the instructions in their respective Mobile Terms, unless otherwise required by law.

We may alter the short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time and will inform you of these changes. Be aware that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a changed short code or phone number might not be received, and we are not responsible for fulfilling requests made through such messages.

The mobile carriers supporting the Service are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not received. You commit to providing us with a current mobile number. If you change your number, you must enroll in the program again with your new number.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any Service-related failures, delays, or errors in the delivery of any information, inaccuracies in such information, or any actions taken or not taken based on the information or Service.
