Returns

We know things can happen, so here at Redfoxbaggers.com, we always do our best to satisfy our customers.

All Sales transactions are subject to Redfoxbaggers’ Terms & Conditions.

  • Shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Painted, altered, or installed parts are non-refundable. Please inspect all pieces after arrival by the transportation company.
  • buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation. All our rear end kits are pre-fitted and pre-drilled for main mounting points and lined up properly before shipping. Redfoxbaggers does not guarantee perfect fitments of any of our products due to improper installation. Professional installation is recommended. Should you have any questions about installations, feel free to call us at (866) 905 4376 so one of our tech can troubleshoot and assist you.
  • No matter the year of your bike, All redfoxbaggers’ stretched bags are compatible with the One Touch Saddlebag hardware locks & latches system. Please take that in consideration when making your purchase.
  • We understand that some items must be returned for various reasons. You have 14 calendar days to returns an item from the date you received it. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 14 days. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • All returns must be made with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which will be given to you by first contacting Redfoxbaggers at 866-9-BAGGER EXT 2 or emailing sales@redfoxbaggers.com
  • The shipping cost for returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.

  • it is  recommended that all parts are pre-fit prior to painting to confirm fitment to your bike. Redfoxbaggers cannot be responsible for any paint costs incurred on items that are not pre-fit prior to painting.
  • The customer is responsible for adequately packaging all materials returned to Redfoxbaggers.com in order to prevent any damage. The package should be marked with your RMA number and sent to:

Exchange Policy

It is important to us that you are able to meet all of your goals with the bike you are building. We gladly accept exchanges for all uninstalled parts. Exchanges may be subject to a $25 packaging fee to cover the cost of repackaging.

All exchanges must be made with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which will be given to you by first contacting Redfoxbaggers.com at 866-9-BAGGER or emailing sales@redfoxbaggers.com. The shipping cost for exchanging a product is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for adequately packaging all materials returned to Redfoxbaggers.com in order to prevent any damage. The package should be marked with your RMA number and sent to:

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please kindly do so within 48 hours after placing it.  We charge a 35% cancellation fee for orders that are canceled after 48 hours. We can only cancel an order before it is shipped.

Cancelation policy for Wheels:

Please Note: for Any Cancelation after order is placed, Customer has 48 hours to change or cancel the order without a 20% restocking fee, anything later then that will result in the 20% restocking fee. **PRODUCTS PROUDLY MADE IN THE U.S.A. **$150 Storage Fee applied 5 days after product is ready to ship if balance not paid. After 14 Days we will charge the 20% Restocking fee to the invoice and sell the wheel as a new in stock wheel, if the balance is not paid. **We reserve the right to use any tire we see fit for the wheel unless a specific tire is requested

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipments:
We happily ship worldwide and are experienced in the intricacies of international shipping. Most large and/or high value items ship via FedEx International; smaller items can ship economically via US Postal Global Priority and Global Express mail.

Please note, we do not accept orders from Nigeria or Indonesia at this time. Also note, our export documentation conforms to United States laws — we do not “mark down” the value of your items, nor will we mark them as a gift. All shipments are made from Palm Beach County, Florida. All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility in your local country.

Restocking Fees:
We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge to be determined by us for any returns past the 7-day authorized and also for any unauthorized or unapproved returns.

Order Placement and Lead Time

  • All orders placed with RedFoxBaggers are made to order.
  • The lead time for orders is typically between 30 to 60 business days, with a maximum timeframe of 60 business days.
  • In some events, the lead time may be shorter than the specified timeframe.

 In order to contract with http://www.redfoxbaggers.com/, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. https://www.redfoxbaggers.com/ retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. 

 (b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

  • In the event that a customer believes a product is defective, RedFoxBaggers requires the customer to contact their customer support.
  • RedFoxBaggers will troubleshoot and determine if the product is indeed defective.
  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, exchanges will be accepted.
  • Customers must notify RedFoxBaggers within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
  • The customer will be responsible for returning the defective product to RedFoxBaggers. A return label will be provided if the product is found defective.
